American Johnny  recently celebrated its 21st anniversary as a portable toilet rental company.  The company’s roots date back to the beginning of ASCO Sanitation in April of 1986.  The company in 1999 split off from ASCO Sanitation and began its journey to the top under the name of A Smith Company.  From that point, the ownership has seen growth of over 400%.  ASmith Company became American Johnny in early 2002 and now services West Tennessee and North Mississippi under this heading.  American Johnny has operated for over 21 years under the same ownership, and continues to move into new markets even today.

American Johnny in early 2002 became a distributor of Rhino Safety Barriers.  This barrier has become an absolute favorite in replacing the traditional concrete barriers. Rhino reached a milestone in the market for the polyethylene barriers when it received its NCHRP 350 certification through MIRA ltd. of the United Kingdom.  Uses for these barriers include, but are not exclusive to, traffic delineation.  Other uses for these barriers  are utility worksite safety, emergency roadside deployment, as well as special event crowd control and parking assistance.  Whatever the immediate need, Rhino has the immediate answer!
